Kut wins Weichert Realtors' award

SPARTA — Catherin Kut received a regional award for sales in Passaic, Morris and Sussex counties, Andrew Milling, branch manager of Weichert Realtors® Sparta Office, announced. For October, the Sparta Officeled the 18 offices in the region in resale listings and Kut was the top agent in new home dollar volume. A member of Weichert’s Sales and Marketed Clubs, Kut qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2005 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the gold level. In addition, she earned membership in Weichert’s President’s Club recognizing her in the top one percent of the company’s 18,400 sales associates.
