    July 1 John Cacopardo, 28, of Newton, was sentenced to 18 months probation, provide a DNA sample, and pay $155 in fines. Cacopardo pled guilty on May 31, 2005, to providing false information. Cacopardo admitted that he gave a police officer false information with the purpose of implicating another in a crime. Tonya Crum, 28, of Newton, was sentenced to three years probation and was given credit for 69 days that she served in the Keogh Dwyer Correction Facility. Crum was further ordered to pay $I,205 in fines, and her New Jersey driver's license was suspended for six months. Crum pled guilty on June 1, to possession of a controlled and dangerous substance. Jimmy Blades, 20, of Stillwater, was sentenced to thee years probation, ordered to perform 60 hours of community service, serve five days on the Sheriffs Labor Assistance Program, provide a DNA sample and pay $155 in fines and $430 in restitution to the victim. Blades pled guilty on April 11, to conspiracy to commit criminal mischief. Blades admitted that he planned with two other individuals to set fire to the victim's snowmobile. Jose Arrubla, 29, of Morristown, was sentenced to one year probation, ordered to perform 25 hours of community service, provide a DNA sample, pay $155 in statutory fines, and his New Jersey driver's license was suspended for three months. Arrubla pled guilty on May 2, to a charge of criminal simulation. Arrubla admitted that he possessed a fake New Jersey driver's license which could be used as a means of verifying a person's identity, age or other personal identifying information. Megan Durham, 20, of Milford, Penn., was sentenced to three years probation, ordered to serve 60 days in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility, provide a DNA sample, pay $1,205 in fines, and suspension of her New Jersey driver's license for six months. Durham pled guilty on May 31, 2005, to possession of heroin. David M. Jones, 37, of Sussex, was sentenced to two years probation, provide a DNA sample, and pay $155 in fines. Jones pled guilty on May 31, to unlawfully entering a private residence. Patricia Longcor, 20, of Sussex, was sentenced to two years probation, ordered to pay $955 in fines, provide a DNA sample, and suspension of her New Jersey driver's license for six months. Longcor pled guilty on May 2, to distribution of marijuana. Longcor admitted that she sold a small amount of marijuana in Wantage to an individual that was acting on behalf of the Sussex County Narcotics Task Force. Nicole Puentes, 37, of Sussex, was sentenced to three years probation, ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, pay $1,205 in statutory fines, provide a DNA sample and suspension of her New Jersey driver's license for six months. Puentes admitted that she stole four blank prescription forms from the doctor's office where she was employed and forged those blank prescription forms to fraudulently obtain Percocet pills. Victor Simonelli, 19, of Sussex, was sentenced to three years probation, ordered to complete 50 hours of community service, provide a DNA sample, and pay $155 in fines. Simonelli admitted that he possessed a stolen credit card with the intent to defraud the CVS Drug Store in Sparta. July 6 Robert Fisher, 18, of Newton, was sentenced to five years for charges of endangering the welfare of children. He's to serve his time at the Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center at Avenel. Additionally, Fisher was ordered and will be monitored pursuant to Megan's Law, be subject to parole supervision for life, provide a DNA sample, have no contact with the victims or their families, and pay $1,980 in fines. Fisher was sentenced to nine additional months for aggravated assault to run concurrent to the other sentence and pay and additional $175 in fines. Fisher pled guilty on March 24, to two counts of endangering the welfare of children, and on June 25, to aggravated assault on a corrections officer. Fisher admitted that he engage in sexual conduct with two separate juvenile victims on two separate dates. Furthermore, Fisher admitted that while incarcerated at the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility, he caused bodily injury to a corrections officer by throwing a storage bin at the officer and striking him. Fisher also admitted to striking the officer in the head with his fist.
