    July 18 Adrian Villanueva, 22, of Sparta, pled guilty to possession of heroin, possession of stolen property, and possession of a hypodermic syringe. He is to be sentenced in September. According to court records, a search of Villanueva's home by the Sparta Police Department revealed that the defendant possessed numerous bags containing trace amounts of heroin and a hypodermic needle. He also possessed a number of Star Wars action figures that were found to be stolen. Matthew Venn, 23, of Sussex, pled guilty to possession of heroin and cocaine. He is scheduled for sentencing in September. According to police, Venn was a passenger in a motor vehicle that was stopped by Sparta Police Officer Mark Rubino. A search of the car resulted in the discovery that Venn was in possession of 12 vials of crack cocaine and two bags of heroin. Warren Predmore, 23, of Dingman's Ferry, Penn., pled guilty to possession, of heroin. He will be sentenced in September. Predmore was a passenger in a motor vehicle that was stopped by Sparta Police Officer John Lamon. Predmore was found to be in possession of three bags of heroin in a cigarette pack. Brian Scholla, 21, of Milford, Penn., pled guilty to possession of heroin and a motor vehicle ticket for speeding. He will be sentenced in September. Scholla was stopped for speeding on Route 15 by Sparta Police Officer John Lamon and was found to be in possession of two bags of heroin. July 22 Wendy A. Reichert, 37, of Woodridge, was sentenced to three years probation which is to run concurrent with a sentence she is presently serving in Bergen County. Reichert was ordered to serve one day in jail and was given credit for one day served. She must continue outpatient treatment, submit to random urine monitoring, maintain gainful employment and perform 50 hours of community service. In addition, she must pay restitution in the amount of $1,548.65, fines and penalties totaling $1550 and submit a DNA sample at her expense. Her bail was exonerated. Reichert pled guilty on May 31, to fraudulent use of a credit card. She admitted to police that she used a credit card belonging to her aunt to buy merchandise to trade for crack. She made several purchases at various businesses during March of 2005. John M. Moscicki, 28, of Newton was sentenced to three years probation. As a condition of his probation he is to serve 90 days in the Sheriffs Labor Assistance Program. Moscicki was also sentenced to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and a domestic violence assessment center evaluation and to follow the recommendations of both evaluations, pay $280 in penalties and submit a DNA sample at his own expense. Moscicki pled guilty on May 24, and admitted to the court that on December 14, he violated the terms of his bail by having contact with the alleged victim in a domestic violence matter. The case was investigated by the Hopatcong Police Department. Gregory Lore, 47 of Newton was sentenced to two years probation. As a condition of his probation he is to serve 15 days in the Sheriffs Labor Assistance Program. Lore was also sentenced to attend AA/NA meetings three days per week, and submit to random urine monitoring. He must also pay a total of $280 in penalties and submit a DNA sample at his own expense. Lore pled guilty on May 26, and admitted to the court that on January 12, he violated the terms of his bail by having contact with the alleged victim in a domestic violence matter. The case was investigated by the Newton Police Dqiartment.
