Leo Beshada Joins McGuire

Newton — Former Newton Police Sergeant Leo Beshada has joined McGuire Chevrolet-Cadillac, as a sales representative. After 25 years of service to Newton, Beshada felt it was a natural to join the downtown Newton dealership because of his “long association with McGuire Chevrolet-Cadillac on various community events.” In addition, he noted: “I’ve been buying cars here for over 30 years,” usually with the help of Frank Philhower, a veteran McGuire associate. Beshada holds lifetime memberships in both the Newton Police and Newton Fire Departments and has been the “featured guest” in Newton’s Holiday Parade for decades. He and his, wife, Terry, and their family reside in Stillwater. McGuire Chevrolet Cadillac has been owned by the McGuire family for nearly a quarter-century and its Service Department has earned 238% of GM’s training criteria.
