Lisa M. Spillane joins First Hope Bank
Sparta - Lisa M. Spillane of Sparta has joined First Hope Bank as vice president branch administrator. In this capacity, she will work closely with First Hope’s branch network in the areas of business development, product review and development, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory policies and procedures. “We’re delighted to welcome someone with Lisa’s breadth of experience to First Hope,” said Donald D. Somma, senior executive vice president for retail operations/senior lender. “Her expertise complements a strong winning team of associates who daily meet and exceed the financial needs of Northwest New Jersey’s businesses and residents.” Spillane’s career has focused on bank branch development and administration. She most recently served as vice president/branch manager for the Franklin office of the Bank of New York and earlier as manager of their Jefferson office. Prior to joining the Bank of New York, she was an assistant vice president/branch manager for First Union National Bank in Sparta. A graduate of Montclair State College, Spillane holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. She earned a N.J. life insurance producer’s license and holds both series 6 and series 63 securities licenses. She and her husband, Mark, reside in Sparta with their two children.
