Andover employee given Environmental Quality Award

— Toni-Lu Martin has been awarded the Environmental Quality Award by the New Jersey Clean Communities Council, a statewide, comprehensive program to reduce litter, promote volunteer clean-up of public lands and sustain a reduction in litter through education.

Martin, who serves as assistant to the clerk administrator in Andover, has been involved with NJCCC for more than 10 years, and was instrumental in bringing the statewide student exchange program to Waterloo Village in Sussex County in March.

New Jersey Clean Communities Council has served New Jersey residents and visitors for more than 25 years.
