Andover Borough Royalty
Andover Borough has announced Emily Brothman as Miss Andover Borough and Cora Figueiredo as Princess of Andover Borough.
Emily Brothman, 17, is a Newton High School Class of 2020 senior and the daughter of David and Beth Brothman.
Emily is a high honor roll student and member of the National Honor Society and German National Honor Society. She is also involved with several clubs and sports, such as, Peer Leadership, Student Council, Science League, Math League, Varsity Soccer and Newton Track. She serves her community through volunteer work and her involvement with Scouting. Her hard work has been recognized by Patriots’ Path Council with the Scout, Scholar, Athlete Award and most recently she was selected by American Legion Post 157 to attend the 2019 ALA Girl State Conference.
Emily is excited to represent Andover Borough in the Queen of the Fair pageant at the New Jersey State Fair / Sussex County Farm and Horse Show in August.
Princess Cora Mae Figueiredo, 6, will be entering Kindergarten this fall. She likes to take walks with her family and would like to be a veterinarian when she grows up. Cora will represent Andover Borough during the Royalty Introduction during Fair week.
