Byram Scout troop members honored at Skylands District awards dinner
Byram. Members of Troop 276 of Byram received several honors at the Skylands District of the Patriots’ Path Council Awards Dinner for leadership and service in Scouting.

Members of Troop 276 were recognized with multiple honors at the recent Skylands District of the Patriots’ Path Council Awards Dinner.
Joshua Rubenstein received the Wood Badge Award and a Skylands Superstar citation for his work as a first-year Scoutmaster.
Life Scout Jeffrey Allen was named Scout of the Year in recognition of his contributions to the troop, as well as his academic and extracurricular accomplishments.
Assistant Scoutmaster Russ Raffay earned a Skylands Superstar citation for his longtime involvement with the troop and his recent mentoring of Eagle Scout candidates.
Committee Chair Joe Novak received the Troop Chairperson of the Year award for his years of service in that role and as advancement chair.
