Children's fun fair March 17

NEWTON — Children aged three to eight are invited to the Annual Children's Fun Fair on Saturday, March 17, at Sussex County Community College (SCCC). Sponsored by the Sussex County Association for the Education of Young Children and Sussex County Community College Early Childhood Program, there will be over 20 activities for attendants including face painting, music and movement, story telling and crafts. Healthy snacks such as fresh fruit and cheese and crackers will be provided. The day starts at 12:30 p.m. and will run until 2:30 p.m. The fair falls between the 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. showings of "Alice in Wonderland," presented by the American Family Theatre in the Performing Arts Center at SCCC for those interested in attending both events. The Children's Fun Fair will be held in the D Building galleria and cafeteria. Admission is $3 per child or $5 per family. SCCC is located at 1 College Hill Rd. in Newton.
