Newton – DDB Contracting of Newton, is scheduled to launch a hospitality focused property improvement program later this month.
Property Improvement Plans (PIP) are requirements used by hotel owners to bring hotel properties up to brand standards each year. These upgrades can be continuous, expensive and are often a hardship on an already overworked hotel staff.
With extensive experience in hotel construction, DDB’s goal is to ease the process for hotel professionals, providing turn-key construction services that include; estimating, project management, and closeout. Changes made by a single source rather than various contractors adds to efficiency in many ways, including improved communication.
“Hotel property improvement requires constant annual maintenance from major and minor repairs, to painting and furniture upgrades," said DDB Project Executive Edward Albanese. "We’re going to simplify this process for hotel professionals by handling each job from start to finish, while ensuring code compliance and safety."
DDB Contracting is a self-performing, family-run general contractor servicing all sectors of the commercial construction industry since 1987.
