Meet Elsie Lonestar from Eleventh Hour Rescue. Elsie is a sweet American Pit Bull Terrier mix who is about 2 years old. She was rescued from the streets of East Texas after giving birth to her puppies. Elsie is a quiet and gentle girl who loves the company of other dogs. She needs companionship of another dog to help show her the way and get over her shyness. Although Elsie is a little timid, once she warms up to you she is pure love. She is still learning what a wonderful thing human love can be and will need a patient owner to help her adjust to life as a cherished family member. Elsie currently lives in a foster home where she is the perfect houseguest. She is housebroken, crate-trained, and loves to go for car rides. Elsie is good with children and also gets along with cats.
