Kevin Kapuscinski, a Life Scout from Troop 81 in Andover, recently completed his Eagle project for the Newton Braves Youth Football League (NBYFL). Kevin planned and managed the project to build a new observation box for the league which can be used for coaches, announcers and statisticians to get a high-level view of the field during practices and games.
