For his Eagle Scout project, Gavin Lake of Kittatinny Troop 92 installed phone-charging stations at three public locations in Fredon: Lodestar Park Pavilion, the Recreation Center and the municipal building.
The project was sponsored by Planet Networks and Gravity DesignWorks, both of Newton.
