HOPATCONG — For the month of October the Freshmen in Transition program (FIT) of Hopatcong High School organized and conducted a major fundraiser in support of breast cancer research. The students created and designed a logo for the T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts and sweatshirts that read “Think Pink Hopatcong.” FIT advisors Jason Mulvihill and Alexa McLean oversaw the fundraiser and are extremely proud that the effort was able to raise over $1,800. HHS FIT is donating the proceeds to the Susan G. Komen Foundations Northern New Jersey affiliate in Summit.
