BYRAM — Byram Mayor James Oscovitch recently visited students at the Byram Lakes School as part of the township's Love of Reading program. Oscovitch had the students take an oath, promising to become life-long readers. The visit was also part of the Mayor’s Book Club, which is a campaign to engage municipal leaders and their local partners in the development and maintenance of a club that enhances early literacy among children.
