Fallone has been in the business for 20 years but has worked in Sparta for the past 15. “Our customers are wonderful people and the town is a great place to work,” she said. Hair Glow features all types of cut and style selections including womens’ haircut and blow dry, men’s haircuts, crew cuts, haircuts and dry for girls and boys 12 and under at special prices, formal updos, bridal updos, hair glaze, perms, deep conditioner treatments, Brazilian Keratin treatments and extensions. Coloring services include touch up only, new color, Natulique (a new organic color), full foil, partial foil, crown foil, double process, Balayage, Ombre and color correction. “We proudly use color by Redken, Muk, Wella and Natulique products,” Fallone said. Hair Glow is also featuring a new Muk Keratin product, and makeup and waxing services are also available. “One of the things that stands out about our salon is that the staff has been with me for five to eight years,” Fallone said. “It's important to have loyal and good staff and everyone works well as a team.”Many may not know that the man behind the scenes at the salon, who does the books in fact, is none other than Grammy Award winner Steve Fallone. He won his most recent Grammy on Feb. 10, 2019 for his work on the album “Golden Hour.”Fallone's oldest daughter, Nicole, majors in Visual Arts and Technology at Stevens Institute of Technology, and she’s considering music marketing.
