Lynnes announces new service department

    BYRAM — Lynnes Nissan West recently announced a new service department that will deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and reliable service on all vehicles. New service manager Jim Tester brings over 40 years of experience in the automotive business and an extensive Nissan background to Lynnes. He has organized the service department to better serve customers. Two new service advisors have also been added: Glen Kraus and George Olynec. Both have over 25 years of automotive experience each. A service greeter has also been hired to welcome and introduce customers to the service advisors, answer incoming calls, and provide helpful information. In addition to the friendly and knowledgeable new staff, hours of operation have been extended to meet the needs of customers. The new service hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Lynnes Nissan West now features online scheduling through their website for customer convenience.
