New superintendent for Hopatcong

Cynthia Randina, the newly appointed superintendent for the Hopatcong School District, helped kick off the new school year with a meet and greet at an ice cream social hosted by the board of education. Randina hopes to overhaul the district's vision, instruction, and curriculum initiatives this year.
