Promotions announced at Lakeland Bank










OAK RIDGE Thomas J. Shara, president and CEO of Lakeland Bank, recently announced ten officer promotions within the bank. Eileen Diehl was promoted to vice president and branch manager of the Branchville office. Diehl joined the former National Bank of Sussex County in November 1988 as a teller. She advanced within retail banking and was promoted to assistant branch manager in May 1993 and to assistant vice president and branch manager in October 1998. A member of the Branchville Rotary and the Branchville, Frankford, Lafayette Chamber of Commerce Councils, she serves as treasurer for the Homestead Life Enrichment Association and Branchville Unit Salvation Army. Diehl resides in Vernon. Patrick Lasslett was promoted to vice president and branch manager of the Sparta Downtown offices. Lasslett joined Lakeland Bank in October 2003 as an assistant treasurer and branch manager of the Andover Office. Lasslett serves on the Sparta Economic Development Committee and was recently awarded Lakeland Banks President Leadership Club award. Deborah Parker was promoted to vice president and branch manager of the Hampton office. Parker joined Lakeland Bank in October 2001 as an assistant vice president and branch manager. She is a member of the Hampton Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Prevention. She a resident of Wantage. Kenneth Partyka was promoted to vice president and branch manager of the Hackensack office. Partyka joined the Bank in October 2003 as an assistant vice president and branch manager. Hannah Shea-Nomer was promoted to vice president and branch manager of the Cedar Crest and Woodland Commons offices. Shea-Nomer joined Lakeland Bank in April 2001 as an assistant branch manager of the Pompton Plains Office. She was promoted to assistant treasurer and branch manager of the Cedar Crest office in May 2006 and to assistant vice president and branch manager in January 2009. A recent recipient of the Lakeland Bank President Leadership Club Award, Shea-Nomer resides in Vernon. Matt Diamond was promoted to assistant vice president of commercial lending in Wyckoff. Diamond joined Lakeland Bank in June 2006 as a credit analyst trainee in the credit administration department. Helen Nieves was promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of the Andover and Bristol Glenn Offices. Nieves joined Lakeland Bank in October 2006 as an assistant treasurer. Prior to joining the bank, she worked for Wachovia Bank as a licensed financial specialist. A graduate of Florida International University, Nieves is a member of the Andover and Byram Chambers of Commerce. Bette Schaumburg was promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of the Stillwater office. Schaumburg joined the former NBSC in January 1989 as a part-time teller. She advanced within retail banking and was promoted in 2000 to assistant branch manager of the Branchville office. In December 2002 she was promoted to assistant treasurer and branch manager of the Stillwater office. A former treasurer of Soroptimist International, Schaumburg resides in Fredon. Margaret Laquidara was promoted as a vice president and investment representative. Laquidara joined Lakeland Bank in March 2010 as an assistant vice president and investment representative for the Bergen County territory. Timothy Matteson was promoted to executive vice president and general counsel. Matteson joined Lakeland Bank in September 2008 as senior vice president and general counsel. In May 2011, he was appointed corporate secretary for the board of directors and is chairman of the banks Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Matteson resides in Tenafly.
