SADC Training: Leasing and Purchasing Land

The State Agriculture Development Committee (SADC) will hold its second workshop of the "Farmland for the Next Generation" project to inspire new farmers and to help them understand how to secure land through purchasing or leasing. Attendees will learn what makes a good lease and what to think about before leasing; review purchasing options; how to secure a lease or purchase of land; and negotiation strategies.
It will take place at 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28, at 369 S Warren ST, Trenton. Cost is $5.
