SCCC concert to benefit Relay for Life

    NEWTON — Music lovers of all ages are invited to Sussex County Community College's (SCCC) Relay for Life Concert on April 20. Participants can enjoy the musical stylings of the Mike Lawlor Banned, Indian Princess, Anthony "Hot Wheelz" D'Agostino and Shaun Murphy, along with some potential surprise guests. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, which benefits the fight against cancer and supports cancer victims. In the past, SCCC has been able to donate more than $70,000 to the cause. Seating begins in the Performing Arts Center at SCCC at 6 p.m. The concert will run until 10 p.m. All seating is general admission. Tickets are $10 and can be bought online at www.sussex.edu or at the door up to the maximum seating allotment.
