| 05 Jul 2019 | 07:17

Sussex County welcomes for the second time in two months, Darren Prince, celebrity agent, international best-selling author and renowned public speaker, is returning to present his personal recovery story of redemption and reinvention. Although famous in his own right for having single-handedly built a sports and entertainment marketing empire representing some of the most iconic athletes and celebrities (Prince Marketing Group), Darren believes most important accomplishment is his long term recovery.
Darren is 11 years sober, a public recovery advocate, best-selling author and public speaker inspiring others to reach for a life in recovery from alcohol and other drugs. His best-selling personal memoir, “Aiming High - How a Prominent Sports and Celebrity Agent Hit Bottom at the Top.” has overwhelmingly positive reviews with one reader stating, “Darren's book should be part of every college business course. Real life, real situations, real people. If you desire to be sober, Darren Prince is an example that you can make it.”
The event is free and the public is welcome to the book signing at 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24 at the Sussex County Community College Performing Arts Center, One College Hill Road, Newton, NJ, 07860. Other esteemed guests include Fr. Robert Griner, Christ Episcopal Church, Newton, who will welcome guests and share his own personal recovery story. Light refreshments will be provided by Recovery Centers of America.
