Small steps to health and wealth

    SPARTA — Dr. Barbara O’Neill renowned author, professor and financial expert, will conduct an interactive conference, Small Steps to Health and Wealth. This presentation on the similarities between health and wealth will provide the techniques to successfully meet your health and financial goals. Health and wealth are important resources for living a successful life. Taking small steps such as saving $5 or cutting 100 calories per day can pave your road to prosperity. Come learn about behavior changing strategies that can be applied simultaneously to improve both your health and personal finances. The program will be held at Lake Mohawk Country Club on April 24 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Registration is required. T he cost is $25 and it includes dinner.
