Students learn about electricity, energy

Students in Mrs. Evan's classroom were given a special treat when her father-in-law, Mr. Evans, Sr., visited their Science Class. A former education, he gave a presentation about simple machines, electricity, and energy. The students were invited to create a motor from a D-battery, a small magnet, and a copper wire.
