Marilyn Hammel to speak at Byram meeting

    Byram - The Byram Township Historical Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 9, at the Byram municipal building for a presentation by Marilyn Hammel on one of Byram’s most notorious personalities, Arthur Barry, known locally as Jim Toner. Hammel’s family were neighbors of the “Gentleman Thief,” the man who went speakeasy hopping with Edward, Prince of Whales. The Byram municipal building is located at 10 Mansfield Dr.
