Muccia named bank HR director

Franklin — Barbara Muccia has been named vice president/human resources director at Sussex Bank. Muccia has over 22 years of experience in the human resource industry, most recently with QualityHealth, where she was director of human resources for over 100 employees. She has a broad background in various disciplines in human resources including talent management, employee relations and performance management. A graduate of Ramapo College, she is a resident of Flanders.
