New officer appointed in Andover

Andover - The Andover Township Committee appointed Brian T. Kern to the position of Police Officer. Kern was sworn in by Clerk Vita Thompson and Mayor Tom Clark at last week’s municipal meeting. Kern received his Bachelors Degree from Seton Hall University majoring in criminal justice and psychology. He resides in Andover Township and will be assigned to the Patrol Division, according to Chief Phillip A. Coleman.
