Separating eggs can be icky, learns Kacey Campbell (third from left), a member of Sparta’s Junior Girl Scout Troop 788 during a Special Request cooking class at the ShopRite of Byram. Special Request classes may be arranged by calling the store and are open to children and adults with a minimum of 10 attendees. Joining Campbell are (from left): Belinda Hoffman, Sally Roscoe, troop leader, Julia Brozowski and Zoë Willis. The Girl Scouts had chosen to learn how to prepare fruit chimichangas and several additional Mexican dishes at their class.
