Sept. 23 Javier A. Seas, age 20, of North Plainfield, was sentenced to three years probation, 30 days in county jail, no contact with victim or family, and must obtain a psycho-sexual evaluation and follow all recommendations. Fines and costs are in the amount of $155. He pled guilty on May 26 to child abuse, a fourth-degree offense. On Aug. 31 in the Borough of Franklin, the defendant visited the victim and while there he engaged in sexual acts with her that debauched her morals, while she was a minor.
