Ready to dance

Sparta’s 15-year-old Emily Somma and her team earned extreme platinum awards at Dance Explosion’s competition on Sunday, June 3, at Vo-Tech in Sparta against five other schools. Dance Academy of North Jersey’s team won for a ‘Lion King’ production number, ‘Show-Off’ tap dance and ‘Bonnie & Clyde’ hip hop routines - first overall team line — large group.
