Rev. Brown students bring cheer

Students at the Rev. Brown School in Sparta brought cheer to local charities over the past few weeks. Mrs. Stengel’s second-grade class brought cheer to a local soup kitchen by creating 60 napkin rings and 30 decorative place mats for the Harvest House soup kitchen in Sussex. To complement the place mats, parents donated food and supplies to Harvest House. In addition, Mrs. Thormann’s art class students learned to knit so they could make scarves to donate to Pass It Along so people in need can be warmer this winter. (Photos provided)
