Scholarship awarded to Janice Kreh

Garfield Janice Kreh, niece of Sussex County clerk employee Cheryl Marquez, was awarded a $1,500 scholarship by the Constitutional Officers Association of New Jersey. The scholarships are available only to association members or staff and their families. Kreh, a resident of Garfield, plans to attend Cedar Woods College in Allentown, Pa., in the fall.
