Service department and manager earn Excellence' award at Toyota World
Hampton Toyota Master Certified Service Manager Dave Aroune, has recently been awarded the Service Management Excellence Award, according to Chris Dexter, general manager of Toyota World of Newton. The Master Certified level is the highest certification ranking a Toyota service manager can achieve. This Service Management Excellence Award is particularly important to Toyota World of Newton, as Toyota’s goal is to offer exceptional service throughout the length of ownership of a vehicle. To qualify for this prestigious award, Aroune and his department maintained above-region standings in Toyota’s Customer Service Index and met monthly service and sales quotas and training requirements. Toyota World of Newton’s Service Department earned a score of 94 out of 100 points and achieved 117% of its sales volume objective. Aroune has been with the dealership for over 12 years. He and his wife, Laura, and their five children reside in Wantage. Aroune is active in the Sussex/Wantage Little League and St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, Sparta.
