Sussex County - Sheriff’s officers made arrests in Wantage and Hampton Townships, Sheriff Robert E. Untig announced. Frank E. Zeller, 47, of Budd Lake, was stopped for a traffic violation on Saturday, May 26, at 2:55 a.m. on State Highway 23 in Wantage. An investigation led to his arrest, charged with driving while intoxicated. Summonses were also issued for failure to maintain lane of travel and reckless driving. He was processed and released pending a future court date. The arresting officer was Sheriffs Officer Scott Haggerty. Kehla M. Kepfinger, 21, of Newton, found was stopped off the road on County Route 633 in Hampton Township on Sunday, May 27, at 12:55 p.m. An investigation led to her arrest for with driving while intoxicated. Sean T. Cordini, 22, of Hampton Township, a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of narcotic paraphernalia. Both were processed and released pending future court dates. The investigating/arresting officers were Sergeant John Gray and Officer William Ficacci.
