    July 20 Tyler Jon Lister, 18, of Newton, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana after a sheriffs office patrol checked suspicious vehicles parked at the State Park lot on Parsons Road in Hampton Township. Lister was issued a summons and released pending a future court date. The arrest was conducted by Sheriffs Officer John Gray. July 21 At 10 p.m. a 17-year-old Newton juvenile was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Limecrest Road in Andover Township. The investigation revealed that the individual was in possession of cocaine. After being processed the juvenile was released to his parents pending a future court date. The arrest was conducted by Sheriffs Officer John Gray. July 22 At 10:25 p.m., Matthew R. Ackennan, 20, of Sussex, was arrested at his residence by members of the Sheriffs Office Detective Bureau on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear for a pre-indictment conference. At the lime of his arrest, Ackerman was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was additionally charged with these offenses. He was lodged in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility. The arresting officers were Detective Michael Yanko and Sheriffs Officer Raymond Loevlic. July 23 At 2:57 a.m., a vehicle operated by Robin Sue Castimore, 25, of Augusta, was stopped for motor vehicle violations on East Shore Road, in Frankford Township. The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Castimore for driving while intoxicated. Castimote's passenger, George Agens, 26, of Andover, who is the registered owner of the vehicle, was charged with permitting an intoxicated driver to operate his motor vehicle. Both were released pending a future court date. The arrest was conducted by Sheriffs Officer Samantha Shpiruk.
