On April 2 at 4:43pm, Sgt. Spidaletto was running radar on Route 15, when he observed a black Nissan pass his location. He observed the driver was not wearing a seatbclt and there were multiple obstructions in the rear window. After stopping the vehicle, the driver, Nicholas Spineto, age 48, of Sussex produced an expired license. Further investigation resulted in the discovery of 18 bags of cocaine, assorted prescription medications, less than 50 grams of marijuana and assorted drug paraphernalia. In addition to the drug charges, Spineto was charged with failure to produce a valid drivers license and driving with obstructed view/tinted windows.
