    February 14 At 2:01 p.m., Officer Lew Brown stopped a car on Route 15 for having its windows tinted. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Jason Chang, 28, of Binghamton, N.Y. He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, controlled dangerous substance in a vehicle and having tinted windows. He was later released. February 19 At 12:24 a.m., Sgt, John Paul Beebe responded to West Shore Trail for a male passed out at a party in the 300-block. Before his arrival, the unconscious male was taken from the scene by his girlfriend. After stopping cars on West Shore, a stop located the victim, Jordan Wurzbach, 24 of Netcong. It was found that he had overdosed on heroin and he was then taken to Newton Hospital by the Sparta First Aid Squad. Wurzbach was charged with being under the influence of heroin. At l:22 a.m., Sgt Neil Spidaletto observed a car fail to stop at the red traffic signal at Sparta Avenue and Woodport Road. After stopping the car on Mohawk Avenue, further investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Tina Esposito, 35, of Sussex. She was charged with careless driving, failing to stop at a traffic signal, failing to maintain a lane and driving while intoxicated. She was later released. At 9:57 p.m., Officer Joe Antonello observed a car on Route 15 that was having difficulty maintaining a lane of travel. After stopping the car, further investigation led to the arrest of the passenger and owner of the vehicle, Larry McNabb, 39, of Newton. He was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later released.
