Annual tennis tournament sign up deadline fast approaching

WEST MILFORD —The Fourteenth Annual West Milford Museum Tennis Tournament will be held on May 20 and 21, at the Macopin School tennis courts. The tournament is a fundraising event for the West Milford Museum Project and is hosted by the West Milford Heritage Committee. Lakeland Bank, Butler Chrysler Jeep, and Investors MarketPlace at Lakeland Bank are this year’s tournament sponsors. The West Milford Museum Tournament features categories for juniors, adults, and seniors. All participants receive free tournament tee shirts, and a complimentary Saturday pizza party and a Sunday luncheon for players and guests. This year’s special events include door prizes, a tennis trivia quiz, and a $100 “Tennis Hole-In-One” contest. The entry deadline is May 16. Area players are invited to participate. Former West Milford Mayor Carl Richko is the tournament director.
