High Point Hijinks

It’s not a traditional High Point Regional High School Homecoming without an on-field costume party at halftime of the game. Each year, a different theme is picked and the classes compete for the best costumes. This year, the theme was Disney animated film classics and the field swarmed with dwarves, Indians, Lost Boys, pirates, a Mad Hatter, and other classic characters. Saturday’s costume parade followed a Friday night bonfire in the school parking lot. Wantage firemen put down a pad of dirt to protect the lot and built the fire out of old shipping pallets.
