Little League notes

BYRAM-Hobb Engler Little League announced final dates for player evaluations. Please note that League age is considered the player's age as of August 1 of this year. Nine year olds with last names starting with A-M meet 10:30-11:30 am on Saturday Feb. 26 at Lenape Valley HS, and those whose last names begin with N-Z meet immediately after from 11:30 - 12:30. All nine year olds will meet again on Friday, March 11, from 6:00 -7:30 pm at the Byram Intermediate School Gym. Ten year olds with last names starting A-M are scheduled from 8-9 am at Lenape Valley, and those with last names starting N-Z meet at LVRHS from 9-10 am. All ten year olds will meet again from 6-7:30 pm on Friday March 4 in the Byram Intermediate School Gym. Eleven and twelve year olds with last names from A-M will meet on Saturday Feb. 26 from 1-2 pm and on Monday, March 7, from 8-9 pm at the LVHRS gym. Eleven and twelve year olds with letters N-Z will meet on Feb. 26 from 2-3 pm, and on Monday March 7 from 9-10 pm at LVRHS. Thirteen year olds not assigned to a Junior or Senior team in the past, meet on Tuesday, March 8 from 8-10 pm at the LVRHS gym. Fourteen year olds not yet assigned meet on Wednesday, March 9, from 8-10 pm at LVRHS. All players need to bring mitts and wear gym shoes. If any players still intend to register, please contact League President Lori Grant at 973 347 0178 before evaluations begin on Saturday, February 26.
