Newton High to host summer soccer camp

    Newton - Newton High School will host a soccer camp this summer for boys and girls in grades one through eight. The camp will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Monday, July 24, through Friday, July 28, at St. Paul’s Abbey on Route 206 in Newton. The summer camp will be run by Jake Mull, Newton High School’s head girls’ soccer coach, and his assistant coaches, Bridget Jones and Jim Memory. Cost is $110 per athlete and will include individual, positional, team, and goalie instruction. Several guest speakers, all of whom have excelled in soccer on the collegiate level, will visit the camp. For information and/or an application, call 973-786-5586.
