Reverend Brown students compete in fall cross country

Sparta - Reverend Brown Memorial School in Sparta competed in it first cross country meet for the fall season last Friday. The middle school meet was held at Wallkill High School. This meet was organized by Sabrina Lucas of Wallkill Regional School to promote cross country at the middle school level. In preparation for this meet, Reverend Brown students had a special pizza lunch for the team and were given team T-shirts. The meet was well attended and the students all competed their best. Some of the Reverend Brown students who placed during this meet were: Kristian kolakowski — 1st place for 5th and 6th grades. Ryan Beebe — 2nd place for 5th & 6th grades. Nina Poccia — 3rd place 7th and 8th grades. Kelsey Steele — 5th place 7th and 8th grades. Michael Liegel — 3rd place for 7th and 8th, 1and half miles.
