Jingle Bell 5K Sparta’s Edward Neighbor paced a pack of 29 local runners to the finish of the Franklin Lakes Jingle Bell 5K Run on Saturday. The 44-year-old crossed the line 111th in the field of 570 competitors who completed the 3.1-mile course, posting a clocking of 22:27. Leading the local female runners to the finish was 37-year-old Toni Cilli of Sussex, who crossed the line 14th among the 240 females in the event. Cilli turned in a time of 22:55, good for third place in the women’s 35- to 39-year-old age division. Hewitt’s 64-year-old William Ash won the men’s 60 to 64 age bracket when he was clocked in 22:51.
