Sussex County Community College defeated Monroe University, 19-15, in a high-scoring baseball game on April 23 at Skylands Stadium.
Both teams cycled through multiple pitchers as hitters on both sides produced consistent offense, driving the score upward throughout the game.
The victory marked the sixth straight win for Sussex County, improving its record to 27-14. Monroe entered the contest on a 17-game winning streak and fell to 21-8 with the loss.
