Sparta seniors strut their stuff

SPARTA-On June 2, 24 Sparta seniors participated in the 16th Annual Tri-County Senior Olympics held in West Milford. Each year 24 seniors gather from the towns of Sparta, Pequannock, Rutherford, Randolph, West Milford and Hasbrouck Heights to compete in six different events: T-ball, shuffleboard, frisbee golf, chicken toss, horseshoes, and soccer kick. Each person is scored on individual performance, and the totals indicate individual medal winners as well as overall town winners. Look for them next year in Hasbrouck Heights.
