Lake Mohawk Cruiser Club Tyler Mead and Rachel Rippey won two races each to key the Lake Mohawk Cruiser Club to a 328-303 victory over Fayson Lakes in a Lakeland Swim Conference dual meet on Wednesday. The win was the third in four outings for the Cruiser Club. Mead won the Boys 9-10 50-meter butterfly in 57.45 as well as the 50-meter freestyle when he was clocked in 44.12. Rippey finished first in the Girls 9-10 50-meter backstroke with a time of 44.23 and posted the winning clocking of 40.50 in the 50-meter freestyle. Charlie Dehnel, J.P. Ferrie, Jessica Hurley, Jeffrey LaCoste and Lindsay Scott posted gold medal efforts while the Cruiser Club’s deep lineup picked up valuable place points.
