Take a killer hike

    An almost perpendicular hike around Sebago Loop is scheduled for Sunday, October 23 from; 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The terrain is steep and the pace is fast, good cardiovascular fitness required. Participants must dress appropriately for the conditions; bring lunch and plenty of fluids. Led by Don Weise, this hike is a strenuous, eight to nine-mile loop hike. See autumn color, grand views, and an old outlaw’s hideout: Claudius Smith’s Den. Other highlights include Elbow Brush, Lake Sebago, Diamond Mountain, and Cascade of Slid.
