Vernon blanked Kittatinny 20-0 in Hampton after leading 7-0 at the intermission. Zach VonderLinden, who carried 20 times for 114 yards, bolted 10 yards into the end zone in the second quarter and padded the Vikings’ advantage to 14-0 in the second quarter when he blasted four yards over the goal line. Quarterback Dan Lisa, who connected on seven of 15 passes for 82 yards, tucked in the ball and raced four yards into the end zone to complete the scoring.
