Students from St. Joseph’s Regional School in Newton took up a collection recently for American soldiers overseas. School families donated items and students made cards. Members of the school’s STOP (Stop Teasing Other People) group, accompanied by their advisors, Anne Mallozzi and Lauren Falivene, walked to the Red Cross building in Newton to personally deliver the various toiletries and hand-made cards and treats for the soldiers.
