Stanhope Choir chosen for ‘World's Largest Choir' concert

    Stanhope - Valley Road School in Stanhope has announceed that the Stanhope Choir has been chosen to participate in the “World’s Largest Choir” concert to be broadcast across the U.S. at 1 p.m. on March 9 on Public Broadcasting System stations, educational networks, and the American Forces Television and Radio Network. The Stanhope Choir was taped for the broadcast in front of the 9-11 Memorial at Sussex County Community College in Newton. Music teacher Dottie Brune accompanied the choir, along with members of Stanhope’s fire and police departments and Nicholas P. Brown, superintendent of schools, who is also a fireman.
